Using Flower Essences to Cultivate Wellness in Changing Times

with Kathleen Aspenns

Tuesday, Sept. 12th from 7-9pm

Are you struggling to maintain your peace in these chaotic times? Do you often feel spun out and overwhelmed by life? Are you looking for help so you can keep working towards a more sustainable future for yourself and the planet?

Join Kathleen Aspenns for an exploration of how flower essences can support you as you navigate this changing world. Flower essences are a form of vibrational medicine that are safe and effective for all members of the family. They offer a natural way to balance emotions, ease fears and anxiety, and nourish your spirit.

This class will help you discover flower essences to:
  • Find balance in your desire to be of service and your own needs for self-care
  • Release old wounds that mire you in reactivity and stress
  • Heal early experiences that reverberate into the present in unhealthy patterns

The class will cover:

  • The basics of flower essences, what they are and how to use them
  • How to integrate flower essences into your daily life
  • Techniques to choose the right flower essence or blend for you or a family member
  • Specific essences to help you release traumas, serve from a place of strength, and build your resiliency and wellness

You will learn how and when to use flower essences from Healing Herbs (Bach flowers) and FES, as well as selected essences from her own line Flora of Asia. Kathleen will also have her own essences available for purchase at the event.

For the last decade, Kathleen Aspenns has been helping her clients overcome challenges, heal from traumatic experiences, and find a greater sense of connection to themselves and to Nature. She trained with Jane Bell and certified with the Alaskan Flower Essence Project, and practices Flower Essence Therapy, specializing in women and their beloved animal companions. Her ability to listen deeply and compassionately, and to select precisely the right flower essences, helps each client feel fully supported as she takes the next step in her journey of healing and personal evolution. Since 2008, Kathleen has been developing her own line of flower essences, Flora of Asia. Each essence in the collection as been created in deep connection to the wild-source plants growing in the pristine garden at Quarryhill Botanical Garden in Glen Ellen, CA. Many of these plants have been used for thousands of years as herbs in Traditional Chinese Medicine and are available now for the first time as flower essences.
